Formation of Ukraine external public debt and financial mechanism of its regulation under globalization

Abstract

The article presents a retrospective analysis of Ukraine foreign liabilities formation since country’s independence. A systematic approach to determine the stages of debt stock accumulation as well as endogenous and exogenous factors of this process are suggested. The main stages of the financial mechanism development for Ukraine external debt regulation under globalization are outlined.
