TO THE QUESTIONS OF ESTIMATION OF CORRELATION OF THE SEPARATE MEASURING AND DYNAMIC ERRORS OF DESCRIPTIONS OF MEASURING OF MASS OF THE CONDENSATE PETROLEUM GASES IN THE PUMPING MODE

Abstract

Basic principles relating the requirements to procedures of estimation of errors (uncertainties) descriptions of the condensate petroleum gases mass measuring and their integral descriptions are presented in the paper. It concerns in particular procedures during realization of state metrology attestation, metrology verification, supervision and control on methodologies of realization of measuring, that is realized by the measuring channels of the polymeric measuring informative systems created on the basis of method of impulsive reflectometry in particular requirements to clarification of models of mass measuring errors and corresponding arguments — (physical sizes) corresponding functional dependence are suggested. The presented questions are recommended to be taken into account during development of corresponding normative and methodical documents.
