Abstract
The method of authentication of model of analog to digital convertor, which takes into account the inertia and nonlinear effects of analog-to-digital conversion, is offered. Expression is obtained for the effective number of digits of ADC and the analysis of effective bit of converter on the frequency of input signal is performed.
