Stability of control process of the city transport network

Abstract
The features of decision making in hierarchical system has been considered using control system of the city transport network as an example. The mathematical model of traffic junction has been developed according to queueing theory. The structural scheme of control system has been proposed. The conditions of stability of control system have been researched.
