Abstract

Problems of nonstationary signal presentation as parametric model with time depending coefficients are discussed.Each of these coefficients is the linear combination of basis functions with weight, being computed. In this case it isn't necessary the assumption of signal kwasistationarity during measurement interval. The accuracy of such model utilization is analyzed.
