Algorithmic fundamentals and criteria of formation of component structures intended for diagnosis of digital devices

Abstract

The problem of formalization of component structures construction process for the systems of the in-circuit diagnosis of digital devices is considered. Algorithmic designs are offered by similar structures on the basis of the INPUT criteria of forming of relations of component relations formation.
