Abstract
The paper shows the results of theoretical modeling of information security of the ship. Mathematical models of information security threats to the movement of the ship are developed. The concept of surface areas of information security and information risk is introduced, which through the use of probabilistic characteristics improves information communication in the management of the vessel.
