Humidity radio-measuring converter based on wet-sensitive MOS-transistor

Abstract
The results of research of primary humidity converter, based on wet sensitive MOS transistor and radio-measuring humidity sensor, based on this device are given in the paper. Theoretical volt-ampere characteristics of humidity sensor and the results obtained are experimentally proved.
