Abstract
The system of models is developed for complex research of consequences of convolution encoding in mobile communication networks. Modeling is performed on the levels of algorithms, circuits and mobile communication network, as a queuing system. Such approach allows to estimate the influence of changes at the level of element base on the system characteristics on the whole.
