Abstract

It has been offered to create in the city of Odessa «the Corporate scientific and technical complex town-planning power reconstruction «CSTC T-PPR», as innovative organizational structure which uses in practice the saved up scientific and technical potential for reconstruction of buildings of historical building of Odessa 1820 – 1920 years under standards power efficiency. There have been executed researches of influence of seven quantitative set factors (superstructure height over overlapping, height of a mansard premise, a step of rafters, height and width of section of trusses, length of the raised inhaling, flight) on optimization parameters — expenses of a material (tree) of object of research — trailing trussing systems with the raised inhaling for reconstruction of buildings behind the sated fractional 7-factorial plan of experiment (1/16-replica from 27). Response function — the equation of homogeneous linear function is received

y = 0,561–0,048x1 + 0,039x2 + 0,004x3 + 0,115x4 + 0,071x5 + 0,055x6 – 0,004x7

and the surface of the response for factorial space also is constructed: x4 (height of section of trusses) and x6 (length of the raised inhaling), as enough significant factors.
