Selfcalibration strategies of ADC successive conversion of bit coding characteristic with weight redundancy
Keywords:

Different selfcalibration strategies of bit weights of successive balancing ADC with redundancy, built on inaccurate DAC are examined. Redundant positioning notation systems, their main types, notions of absolute and relative weight redundancy are analysed. Structured diagrams of information converters based on SSN (surplus scale of notation) and flowgraphs of their conversion characteristic calibration algorithms are analyzed. It is proved that growth of inaccurate bits number, causes the necessity to apply the strategy of selfcalibration with scan averaging.Downloads
