Abstract
The analysis of perspective of the use of different prognostication models of the stochastic system of determination of humidity of dairy butter is conducted in the paper for indemnification of delay of obtaining information of technological object state and the basic factors of appearance of error of work of the system of automatic control of dairy butter beater are distinguished on the stage of prognostication of current value of moisture content of semi-manufactured product.
