The structure and management of investment projects for flood protection designation

Abstract

The paper considers the development of methodological aspects regarding the mechanism of investment in construction and reconstruction of water services and flood management purpose. Attention is paid to projects structure and management mechanisms. For the first time the classification and systematization of investment projects for flood protection designation and stages of their development as well as recommendations for selection criteria taking into account various international and domestic experience are performed. The results will be used in the project corresponding elaborated guidelines by the State Committee of Ukraine for Water Management.
