Sensitivity of reinforcing-bar steel to deformation rate change

Abstract
Calculation method of deformation rate influence on energy absorption of reinforcing-bar steels plastic deformation has been developed. It has been shown, that absorption of specific potential deformation energy increases 1,25 time in the dynamic loading in comparison with quasi-static one.
