Abstract
The concept of organizational-economic mechanism of enterprises sanation is substantiated. The essence of sanation is investigated , the system of sanation measures is proposed. The fundamental components of the organizational-economic mechanism of enterprises sanation, their content and directions of the improvement are determined.
