Abstract

The method of predicting the level of flood water based on earlier (real) statistical data on the level of rivers during natural emergencies is offered in the paper. The technique also reveals significant impacts on raising the level of water in rivers during floods or flooding. The calculation of adequacy of the offered model is carried out.
