Reduction of the evaluation metrics of users service level, based on expert assessments

Abstract

Estimation problem of indices of information-communication service network operators functioning is considered. Influencing factors and existing solutions are analyzed. Problem of aggregation of service quality estimation indices, given in form of uncertainty sets, is suggested. Membership function and fuzzy rule construction method based on learning samples is presented. Appropriate learning algorithm, constructing membership functions for uncertain inputs and fuzzy rules for service estimation quality, is developed in the paper.
