Abstract

Computational studies of dynamic stability of Zaporizhzhia NPP in the actual terms of Ukrainian NPPs are performed in the paper. Calculations showed that with a quick short-term loss of power turbine power plants can significantly increase their level of dynamic stability in power system. The results of calculations of thermal processes in the reactor VVER-1000 units with short-term reduction of power turbines are presented, which showed a slight increase of steam pressure in steam generator.
