Measuring method of Z-parameters of four-pole device

Abstract
A new method of measuring of Z-parameters of four-pole device at arbitrary but equal loads at its in-put and out-put electrodes is suggested. This method provides the reduction of development efforts and the impact of undesired elements of holder and measuring path. The method of estimation of error measurement is chosen.
