TARIFFS FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES: THE QUESTION OF THEIR ECONOMICAL FEASIBILITY

Abstract

There have been analyzed the tariffs for natural gas and electricity on inner and outer markets between 2005 and 2015 years. Also it has been shown that tariffs for public utilities could be economically feasible only for inner market, where the customers pay for them by inner tariff scale.
