Abstract

The method for scanning the surface of a biological object using a microprocessor system based on a pyrometer is proposed, which makes it possible to construct the shape of the spectral distribution curve for the power density of the electromagnetic radiation of a biological object in the infrared range and to realize a noninvasive measurement of heart temperature in conditions of cardiopulmonary bypass. The temperature distribution in the myocardium obtained with such a system gives additional diagnostic information on the filling of the blood vessels of the heart with blood, as well as information on the degree of vascular ischemia.
