Abstract

The aim of this work was the mathematical description of the flow of Newtonian fluid in different channels, which occurs during the processing of food products, polymeric materials, fiberconcrete mixtures and others, the calculation method of isothermal process, laminar fluid flow in channels of complicated cross-sections. For areas with curvilinear outline form, the Navier-Stokes converted by the finite difference method, provided the stillness of the fluid in the channel walls. The system of obtained algebraic equations is solved by the method of block iteration using lessons on line. A method of calculation is used to determine the size of the channel of vibro extruder for forming basaltfibrous of the covering instead of concrete counterparts. We ensured the equal performance of different parts of the transfer window, per unit of the relevant areas of the cross-section being formed products.
