Abstract

Potential of development of the systems of energy supply on the basis of strategy of «active user» is estimated in the article. The features of active users are examined. Advantages of «active users» above the ordinary users of electric power are substantiated. The analysis of reactive-power is conducted at the arbitrary change of loading.
