Abstract

This paper considers the method of optimal control of electric systems (ES) taking into account variable parameters that can improve the quality of control to reduce losses of electric power. It is shown that application of smart grid technologies based on the concept of Smart Grid displays the problems of optimal control on a qualitatively new level and makes applying adaptive systems of automatic control, improve the quality of control ES.
