Abstract

The results of experimental research of extraction kinetics of biologically-active compounds from rhizome and roots of various degrees of grinding are presented. It is investigated a Mechanism of this process is investigated. Mathematic dependence of mass transfer coefficient and number of wash-outs on the size of raw material is obtained.
