Application of scenario method for managing of bakery production.

Abstract

Expediency of scenario method application for bakery production technology management is considered. Target factor analysis of system operation is performed. Target factor chart for brew making stage is shown. Automatic management system developed on the scenario method gives an opportunity to consider all possible situations and to make effective reaction on the changes during the bread making process.
