Abstract

For the first time a method of constructing a linear function of levels of a poor set of possible values of uncertain parameter is proposed. This method is based on a new approach to compile poor descriptions of such parameters developed by the authors. It is shown that the proposed method provides comfortable properties of function of levels that make it easy to create and use the function. These results open up new possibilities that can be used in the simulation of complex systems with uncertainties in their parameters.
