Abstract
The importance of dialogical speech in studying of Ukrainian language as a foreign language is considered in the article. The types of dialogues, methodical approaches to learning dialogues, levels of dialogical skills formation are characterized; the obstacles in acquirement of learning dialogue by students and ways to overcome them are selected.
