Monitoring the quality control of technological aggregate production

As a solution to the problem of managing multi-stage aggregate production, the model of the quality control of products using a monitoring procedure based on statistical control which relates to control systems of complex technological processes of food production is suggested in the paper and is used to prevent, identify and avoid the production of defective products.References
