Definition of volt-ampere characteristic of humidity sensitive converter on the basis of complementary MOSFET-structure

Abstract

The analytical dependence of volt-ampere characteristic of frequency converter of humidity is obtained on the basis of a set of Kirchoff equations, that describe the behaviour of two complementary MOSFET-structure, according to their equivalent circuits on direct current. The experimental research are carried out. The matching of theoretical and experimental results has shown, that the error of calculation makes (3 %
