Abstract

Research of structural properties of power systems, containing the HVDC converter station are conducted in the paper. Mathematical models and methods of analysis of structural connectedness of power system, containing the HVDC converter station are offered. It is shown that the presence of insertion of direct-current substantially promotes the structural connectedness of system.
