Abstract
The paper analyzes the existing system of admission to places of state order to higher educational institutions and identifies factors responsible for correcting the lists of recommended applicants for admission in various stages of this process, the justification of the new approach at the principle of admission to the operating conditions of admission to universities. The article suggests ways to improve the commission's work at the stage of admission.
