Abstract
Dynamics of rent for agricultural land in Vinnytsia region during 2004—2011 is studied in the paper. Trends of changes in land prices for certain groups of districts of Vinnytsia region are revealed, predictive calculations of rent for 2012—2015, based on retrospective data, are made.
