Abstract
The article provides an overview and analysis of fuzzy diagnostic models that are used in the construction and operation of buildings. The use of fuzzy knowledge bases, allows in the absence of analytical relationships between the parameters of state and diagnostic decision to build an adequate mathematical model based on experts' experience and experimental data.
