Abstract

New data of persistent organic pollutants and obsolete pesticides sample preparations while gas chromatography analysis of their toxicity are analyzed. It is established that the hardphase extraction and hardphase microextraction are the most widespread sample preparation methods, and the most widespread method of analysis — gas chromatography with detection of electron capture and mass-spectrometric detection. Limit of identification — 0,1…1 ng/ml.
