Abstract

Based on the analytic methodic for assessing the parameters of the speckle pattern formed by repeatedly scattered-light in a multilayer biological tissue such as human skin at wavelengths of visible — near infrared spectrum there have been explored the depths of the structure of the illumination of not scattered, diffraction and diffusion component and the deep structure of the incoherent background at wide variations in the structural (thickness of epidermis) and biophysical parameters of fabric — Cm volume concentration of melanin in the epidermis and Cb capillaries in the dermis, the degree of oxygenation S. There have been used the known solutions of radiative transfer equation in biological tissues and communication theory of light propagation in the scattering medium with a coherence theory.
