Abstract

There has been improved the mathematical model of radiation transfer in multilayer structures in heterogeneous biological media as an example of an intact (undamaged) human skin. There have been calculated the spectral characteristics for each of the layers of the skin and the estimated impact of changes in concentrations of the main chromophores.
