Abstract

The analysis of the systems of literary data in relation to the synthesis of complex connections from zerovalent cobalt and organic oxidizing systems taking into account the degree of oxidization of cobalt and donor-acceptor nature of organic solvent within the framework of conception of hard" and "soft" acids and bases is conducted in the paper.
