Abstract

The paper considers the main problems arising in the analysis of the thermal state of electrical equipment 0, 4...750 kV and proposes general approaches for the construction of an automated subsystem of the analysis of the thermal state of electrical equipment.

Development of an effective system for diagnosing and making decisions on the expediency of further exploitation of electrical equipment is relevant, given the significant lifetime of most electric power equipment of power plants and substations of Ukraine.

Diagnostic system should have the capability of automatic or automated collection and processing of the results of periodic electrical tests and measurements, the control of the level of partial discharges, the control of the level of free gases dissolved in the transformer oil, the control of the thermal state of the electrical equipment; to receive data on the mode of loading of the controlled equipment, weather conditions, passport data of the equipment; contain knowledge bases and algorithms for analysis of data of current measurements of controlled parameters and a set of measurements for the comprehensive determination of technical state of equipment.

It is advisable to use a comparison of the temperature of elements of the electrical equipment presented in relative units to compare the results of thermal imaging tests that were performed under different ambient conditions and in different seasons.

As the base temperature, it is proposed to use: for a powerful oil-filled electrical equipment (power transformers, autotransformers, reactors), the maximum temperature indicated by the thermosensors is laid down to the most hot spot of equipment, and for electrical equipment with porcelain insulation and low-strength power oil-filled equipment - the ambient temperature on measurement moment.
