Abstract

The paper analyzes the known structural performances of pumps and their drives. There had been backgrounded the efficiency of application of pumps with the hydraulic drive, controlled by means of hydraulic reverse system unit - self-vibrating two-way sliding valve. The analysis of the approaches to creation of bases of analytical calculation of piston pumps - converters with drive, which showed the actuality of the development of adequate mathematical model of pump, that allows to carry out the researches and the calculations in the general formulation is carried out. The mathematical model of work of hydraulic drive of pumping unit had been suggested with its experimental verification. The model enables to choose the rational parameters and performances which will provide the optimum modes of liquids' pumping.
