Abstract

Variant of the solution of the problem aimed at development of higher education and simplification of the current control over the state of realization of teaching-methodical plan of the chair is suggested, the structure of intellectual system, its basic components, algorithm of program modules operation in their interrelation are considered, database and base of knowledge are elaborated.
