Abstract

On the example of system feeder — boot tray, the study of the dynamics of the process of formation the layer of polydisperse bauxite charge that is fed to the sinter machine pallet is carried out in the article. The results of calculations of the distribution of the fractional composition of the charge on the layer height have been presented, and structural characteristics of the tray, making its work effective have been installed.This provides an uneven distribution of solid fuels on the horizon sintered layer, thereby aligning the temperature of the combustion zone at the height of the layer.
