Two principles of synchronization of pulse waves for the analysis of variableness, amplitudes, pressure are investigated in the paper. Synchronization is realized by two algorithms by minimum value of standard deviation. Research results specify that at the analysis of morphological parameters of photoplethysmogram it is better to use the algorithm of synchronization minimum standard deviation, which provides the coherence in forming of ensemble of pulse waves.
