Radio-transmitter of magnetic field based on Hall Effect sensor

Abstract
The article shows the possibility of direct conversion of the magnetic field in the frequency based on a hybrid integrated circuit of oscillator, which consists of bipolar and field effect transistor and also Hall effect sensor. The analytical dependence of conversion functions and the equation of sensitivity are received. Theoretical and experimental studies have shown that the sensitivity of the transducer is 1,0...1,55 kHz/mT.
