Methods of calculating the evaluation criteria of quality of electronic materials using fuzzy sets

Abstract

The calculation methodology of evaluation of the quality criteria for electronic materials with the use of fuzzy sets is suggested in the paper. This methodology allows getting the final grade by the expert data. The corresponding software has been developed and tested on expert data by Distance Education Center of Vinnytsia National Technical University.
