All publications in the journal “Visnyk of Vinnytsia Politechnical Institute” are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY.

By submitting their materials to the editorial office, the author automatically agrees to the terms of the public agreement outlined below.

 

Author’s Rights and Guarantees

By submitting the manuscript, the author(s) confirm that:

• - they do not infringe any third-party copyrights or those of organizations;
• - the work has not been previously published nor submitted to any other publication.

The author retains full copyright over their work.

 

Publisher's Rights

The publisher receives the right of first publication of the article under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License, which grants the publisher the ability to:

• - publish the article in English and distribute printed copies;
• - translate the article into English (for materials submitted in Ukrainian) and distribute the printed version of the translation;
• - distribute the electronic version of the article and its English translation (for materials originally in Ukrainian) through any electronic means – including the official journal website, electronic databases, repositories, etc.

 

Citation Requirements

Any use of the material must include a bibliographic citation of the original publication or a hyperlink to the electronic version of the article on the official journal website.
