Abstract

The process of recrystallization of annealing for renewal of plastificity while formation of inward spline profile in tubular billets applying the method of their reduction by matrices on profile mandrels are studied. The paper shows that directs of unhearing in the process of annealing upper at plasticity reserve ( ( 0,2...0,25. Plasticity renewal in dangerous areas of deformation reaches 45 -50 %.
