Abstract

On a base of the thermal dependencies of relative integral intensivities for Cu and Cu-Sn solid solutions x-ray diffraction spectra in the range of 293...923 K coefficients of quasielastic force and unharmonical coefficients of 3-th and 4-th ranges for these materials were determined. Quantitive analysis of the character of interatomic interaction was carried out and elastic modulae tensor components Cijkl for the given materials were determined. Possible applications of obtained results for determination of industrial alloys mechanism of stability were illustrated.
