System approach to the delivery of goods in international traffic under conditions of uncertainty

Abstract

Comprehensive criterion for selecting of effective scheme of cargo delivery in international traffic under conditions of uncertainty is suggested. Simulation model of the process of goods delivery by automobile transport in accordance with the logistic approach, «just in time» in the international traffic on the three technologies of customs clearance is elaborated.
