Abstract

Professional culture as the component of professionalism of the modern expert, is caused by needs which are satisfied in activity and through activity. Essential to understanding of the psychological mechanism of formation of a professional orientation there is that corresponding needs find the subject in activity. In article it is shown, how on the example of studying by students of the theme, "the Differential equations" the formation of corresponding motives and their comprehension occurs.
